SpectralizeR

The bridge between spectroscopy and production.

SpectralizeR is a software for the analysis of spectral data derived from different techniques, including NIR, XRF, Raman, Fluorescence. SpectralizeR integrates process control and spectral analysis and, unlike other softwares focusing on a single side of the analysis, SpectralizeR aims at creating a point of contact between spectroscopic analysis applied in industrial contexts and the production process and its control. The fusion of these two systems offers a complete vision of production, making it possible to overcome the limitations of segregated approaches, which do not fully exploit the reciprocal potential of a unified database.

For whom

Since SpectralizeR integrates process control and spectral analysis, it could be a great choice both for analytical instrument manufacturer, that could give a more complete and innovative service to their clients, and for process personas, that need to have their process constantly under control in order to assure better performances and product quality.

How SpectralizeR integrates process control and spectral analysis

SpectalizeR has, essentially, two interfaces: one for the field user, who needs to see the data calculated from the spectra and other process data, and one for the manager of the system, that can also act remotely, who generates the calibration models, updates and maintains them. The computational core, based on R, performs spectral analysis, data preprocessing, Applicability Domain and Calibration modeling. Furthermore, it integrates spectral information with process data to implement root cause analysis models and decision support, optimizing the process and correcting any production drift.
