Kode awarded at EuroPACT 2023 with the Best Poster Award

“AI allows to optimize complex process with low effort”

The project, oriented toward data-driven management of the entire production process for performance optimization, is based on the integration and customization of Kode’s FactorAI. Thus, an Artificial Intelligence platform was created, where all company data sources (from machine signals to quality control) are integrated. Hence this large amount of data is transformed into a dashboard allowing to control the entire production process.

FactorAI builds multivariate SPC (Statistical Process Control) algorithms on variables that have been selected specifically for each KPI. As a consequence, the dashboard not only presents process performances, but is also able to highlight the reason-why for different process alerts, identifying variables drifting from normal production trends. In addition, an advanced Root-Cause Analysis provides operators with specific indications, like a real operations manual for the entire plant.
