Think big, start small, grow … for real! and why we are integrating with EBWorld
Over the years, I’ve learned that what ensures lasting success is not a frantic push, sometimes weakening the offer, but a clear focus on real, solid growth. This is one of the reason why we’re integrating with EBWorld
In the world of marketing, inspirational phrases that emphasize competitiveness are often used. To me, they sometimes evoke a bit of an ’80s vibe, which generally isn’t my style. However, on this occasion, I’m happy to borrow one of these mantras, with some adjustments to the theme.
The original version was ‘think big, start small, grow fast.’ However, the push for rapid growth is a mandate that, in today’s economic landscape, can no longer be prioritized as a company objective. In fact, sometimes, just like in plants, it can lead to weakness. Over the years, I’ve learned that what ensures lasting success is not a frantic push, which can sometimes weaken the offer, but rather a clear focus on real, solid growth, built on the expertise that makes us unique. It’s that expertise that has made us, over the years, a reliable support to the companies that have chosen to work with us.
At Kode, we started in 2012 with a clear idea: creating something that could feel like a home for everyone who loves analyzing data, regardless of their specific background. A place where these people could be the cornerstone, rather than just a peripheral element (often not even considered essential) of some other process. This is why Kode has grown, welcoming people with such varied backgrounds and stories, yet all sharing a single passion. This has led to the generation of a strong, skilled team, a group once described as ‘a group of friends which do things’. That wasn’t the purpose, but to me, it was a wonderful compliment.
The flexibility of programming languages and the multidisciplinary nature of the teams we’ve built over time have often pushed us beyond our comfort zone, seeking new challenges and, most importantly, new answers, even exploring the limits of available technologies. This innate curiosity and mental agility, which have occasionally allowed us to surprise partners and clients with solutions they hadn’t even anticipated, are qualities we’ve chosen to focus on in the areas where we feel strongest: industry, chemoinformatics, healthcare, sports analytics, and logistics and mobility. In our work, we often leverage geospatial data, including data visualization applications, and this is precisely our common goal with EBWorld.
EBWorld is a company with decades of experience with unique expertise in using geospatial data to support the management of networks and infrastructure. We have not only discovered that we share a practical, solution-oriented approach, but we have also seen great prospects for collaboration. We will therefore be able to strengthen their offering in the software market for the digital transition of networks and infrastructure distributed across the territory, by integrating, for example, our data-driven approach and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
We are convinced that we have embarked on a path that will allow us to grow steadily, supporting the identity of our company and our services, while opening up to a strategic collaboration such as the one with EBWorld. This collaboration will enable us to reaffirm the solidity of our organization and our offering, both for our current clients and for new ones. We will be able to ensure continuity in our target markets, such as manufacturing, logistics, sports, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, while carrying on to invest in the evolution of our solutions to make them increasingly advanced and flexible, capable of meeting the specific needs of our clients.
We are excited about this new phase in the life of Kode. With EBWorld, we can finally bring the great added value of AI, computer vision, and all data science technologies to the level of infrastructure, demonstrating their tangible benefits as we have already experienced with each of our clients to date.
