Kode joins FuturaWise and starts a strategic collaboration with NexaTree
Over the past few months, we’ve been working on an important development we’re excited to share with you: Kode is now an integral part of FuturaWise, a new technology holding created to drive digital transformation in key sectors such as infrastructure, industry, healthcare, and energy.
FuturaWise was founded in 2025, building on the 40+ years of experience of EBWorld in developing GIS solutions for utilities and public administrations. Today, it brings together highly specialized companies – EBWorld, Kode, Qwince, and the newly established NexaTree – with one shared mission: to put data at the service of smarter decisions, more resilient infrastructures, and better services for people.
Kode’s role within the group
For us at Kode, joining FuturaWise means enhancing and scaling our expertise in data science and artificial intelligence within a broader ecosystem. The launch of NexaTree
As part of this growth, FuturaWise has launched NexaTree, a new company focused on Geospatial Asset Management. NexaTree was created to support companies and public organizations in managing and maintaining strategic infrastructures such as ports, airports, roads, railways, and utility networks. By combining GIS, BIM, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Vision, NexaTree develops cloud-native solutions that make field operations and office workflows more efficient, delivering a modern and sustainable approach to asset management.
