DIALOGO is an advanced virtual assistant designed to extract data and information from manuals, documents, and machine databases, creating an interactive space where operators can communicate with the machine in natural language. It provides complete, context-aware answers with in-depth explanations and references to specific data and manual sections.
DIALOGO addresses two key needs:
- Technical Manual Querying: Users — from line operators to maintenance teams — can query technical manuals in natural language to obtain comprehensive answers, including exact references in the documentation, specifications, and operational guidelines for the machinery.
- Database Querying (Production Process Monitoring): Users can query company databases using natural language. The model automatically formulates optimized SQL queries and provides detailed answers, integrating information — where possible — with automatically generated charts that make data analysis more intuitive and immediate.
On request, DIALOGO can also integrate predictive models, time series analysis, and intelligent maintenance systems.
