Role Description
For Kode, a company affiliated with EBW, we are looking for a Sales Specialist passionate about technology and experienced in selling digital solutions to drive the growth of our AI business. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and building strategic relationships with enterprise and SME clients across the industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Commercial Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company’s AI solutions.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Understanding customer needs and proposing customized AI solutions to optimize their business processes.
- Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the correct implementation of sold solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s AI solutions.
- Monitoring the market and competition to identify new growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in AI, SaaS, Cloud, or Big Data.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to manage complex negotiations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of AI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision) and their applications across various sectors.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- A degree in technical-scientific or economic disciplines is a plus.
- Ability to propose solutions in international markets.
