Il regolamento REACH (CE n. 1907\/2006) impone alle imprese di identificare e sostituire le sostanze pericolose con alternative piu sicure, un processo che richiede competenze tossicologiche specializzate e l&#8217;analisi di enormi banche dati di strutture chimiche e dati normativi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-18\">La sfida principale consiste nell&#8217;identificare rapidamente alternative strutturalmente simili a una sostanza di interesse, verificandone al contempo la sicurezza rispetto ai profili normativi vigenti &#8211; in particolare per cosmetici, materiali a contatto con alimenti (FCM) e solventi industriali.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><html><body><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" data-has-live-image=\"1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kode-solutions.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Frame-382.png\" alt=\"\"><\/img><\/figure>\n<\/body><\/html><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\n\n\r\n\t<div class=\"main-column\" data-target=\"\" data-wrap=\"panel\">\r\n\t\t<div data-animate=\"\" class=\"qzr-dynamic-blocks  black-txt white-bkg\" data-block=\"panel\" data-fullscreen=\"\" data-type=\"card\">\r\n\t\t\t\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h2 class=\"qzr-add-controls-is-panel-title qzr-add-controls-is-panel-title-true is-style-font-kode-md-48 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soluzione Sviluppata: Suite ToxEraser<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-18\">Nel contesto del progetto di ricerca \u201cLife Vermeer &#8211; Integrating VEGA, ToxRead, MERLIN-Expo, and ERICA in a platform for risk assessment and substitution of risky substance\u201d (LIFE16 ENV\/IT\/000167) coordinato dall\u2019Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri IRCCS, Kode ha contribuito a sviluppare tre applicazioni standalone denominate collettivamente ToxEraser Tools, ognuna dedicata a uno specifico settore applicativo.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-18\">Il tool si struttura con un approccio puramente in-silico che, grazie all\u2019integrazione dei modelli di VEGA e all\u2019integrazione di elenchi di riferimento di composti, che rispettano i requisiti previsti dalla normativa vigente, \u00e8 in grado di identificare structural alerts (specifici per ogni campo di applicazione) con elevato potenziale di rischio per la salute umana nella molecola in studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-18\">In aggiunta, attraverso algoritmi di similarit\u00e0, ToxErasere \u00e8 in grado di identificare analogie chimiche tra molecole, per suggerire possibili candidati per la sostituzione dei composti a rischio.<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n\t<div class=\"qzr-dynamic-blocks\" data-block=\"accordion\">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element  \">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-title\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-36 fix-font\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tModulo Cosmetici\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-content is-style-font-kode-md-18\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il modulo per i cosmetici confronta la struttura della sostanza di input con un database di 2.233 sostanze soggette a regolamentazione specifica nell&#8217;ambito del Regolamento (CE) n. 1223\/2009. Per ciascun analogo identificato, fornisce:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Classificazione normativa (consentita, vietata, con restrizioni)<\/li>\n  <li>Allerta di pericolo basata su modelli QSAR: Benigni\/Bossa per genotossicit\u00e0, allerta per interferenti endocrini (ED), analisi ToxTree<\/li>\n  <li>Struttura chimica visualizzata con punteggio di similarit\u00e0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"mobile-only\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element  \">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-title\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-36 fix-font\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tModulo FCM\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-content is-style-font-kode-md-18\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il modulo FCM (Food Contact Materials) si interfaccia con la lista delle sostanze autorizzate dal Regolamento (UE) n. 10\/2011 per i materiali plastici.
