Grazie a FactorAI, l\u2019azienda pu\u00f2 integrare, analizzare e sfruttare i dati per intervenire in tempo reale e migliorare la sostenibilit\u00e0 operativa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"mobile-only\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element  \">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-title\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-36 fix-font\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tComprensione dei dati\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-content is-style-font-kode-md-18\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Con oltre 2000 segnali, raccolti in tempo reale dai macchinari dell&#8217;impianto e altri dati quali analisi di laboratorio e cronologia di manutenzione provenienti da diverse fonti di dati, la prima fase del progetto si \u00e8 concentrata sulla creazione di un sistema di raccolta dei dati tramite il modulo di gestione dati di FactorAI.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Il sistema \u00e8 stato configurato per soddisfare le esigenze del management di CFS e consentire la visione completa della causa e della durata dei tempi di inattivit\u00e0, tra cui:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>sistema di allerta in tempo reale (tramite un bot telegram)<\/li>\n  <li>Visione di sintesi del processo in corso e delle fonti di dati<\/li>\n  <li>interfaccia interattiva per gestire e visualizzare tutti i livelli di dati<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"mobile-only\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element  \">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-title\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-36 fix-font\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tStatistical Process Control\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-content is-style-font-kode-md-18\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Partendo dai dati degli ultimi tre anni, il modulo FactorAI SPC \u00e8 stato utilizzato per costruire un controllo statistico multivariato di processo, al fine di monitorare gli indicatori di prestazione rilevanti, considerando variabili selezionate relative a ciascuno specifico KPI (consumo di energia e materie prime, controllo di qualit\u00e0, efficienza di produzione\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, integrando un&#8217;analisi delle componenti principali nel modello MSPC, \u00e8 stato impostato un sistema di rilevamento delle anomalie per determinare le derive delle variabili che influiscono sui KPI.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>In fine, sono state integrate una mappa sinottica e un\u2019analisi delle cause principali per aiutare l\u2019utente finale a indagare le ragioni alla base di una deriva di ogni KPI, individuando le variabili che deviano da lorol normale andamento. Suggerendo azioni da intraprendere sull&#8217;impianto, la piattaforma funziona come un manuale operativo interattivo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"mobile-only\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element  \">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-title\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"is-style-font-kode-md-36 fix-font\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPredictive Plant Control\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"element-content is-style-font-kode-md-18\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Attraverso il modulo Predictive AI di FactorAI &nbsp;\u00e8 stata sviluppata una piattaforma di monitoraggio e alert dei processi in tempo reale per un controllo predittivo degli impianti.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Per rilevare lo stato dell\u2019impianto \u00e8 stato addestrato un modello di machine learning xgboost, utilizzando tutti i tag DCS disponibili e i risultati delle analisi di laboratorio. Il modello ha raggiunto elevate prestazioni di previsione (~98%), ma utilizzare tutte le variabili come input in un ambiente di produzione \u00e8 computazionalmente insostenibile. Pertanto, analizzando il valore aggiunto delle variabili pi\u00f9 importanti per la previsione, \u00e8 stato selezionato un piccolo sottoinsieme di dati (~15) ed \u00e8 stato addestrato un secondo modello xgboost.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Il secondo modello ha ottenuto una precisione quasi identica al primo ed \u00e8 stato implementato in produzione.
